Effective Goal Setting
In this course we use effective goal setting methods and empowering techniques; NLP, Life Coaching techniques and guided visualisation to really motivate change, which will achieve personal and career goals.
We have found that attendees usually make big changes with new found motivation within weeks. For example, get on management training, start a new hobby, begin a weight loss programme and consequently reduce stress, creating an improved work / life balance.
You will:
- Identify and prioritise areas of career or life to focus on, specific to each delegate, design a wheel of life
- Set effective goals, using both SMART goal model and our special well-formed outcomes framework
- Generate resources; review your own values and beliefs, identify your external and, more importantly, internal resources
- Action plan; immediate and long term
